“Operations Agent”
>Job description<
• It includes but is not limited to the below:
1. Fulfilling orders by ensuring a smooth process from order confirmation until delivery.
2. Checking, editing and confirming order details (Addresses, Card messages, Products).
3. Calling customers when required to answer specific requests or solve issues.
4. Checking our internal portal and making sure products and inventory are updated correctly.
5. Working with florists to make sure the products are arranged in a timely manner.
6. Working with drivers to make sure orders are delivered on time.
7. Answering calls, WhatsApp and live chat messages when required

• Previous experience in E-Commerce companies.
• Transferable Visa.
