At Design Hub, we’re on the lookout for a smart,
detail-loving Process Coordinator to join our growing team in AlRai,
Kuwait. If you’ve got an Industrial Engineering background, a passion for

💼 What you’ll actually be
doing:
This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe role. You’ll be right in
the middle of the action – streamlining, organizing, coordinating – and making
sure everything runs like clockwork across our design, production, and
installation teams.
Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
- Spotting
inefficiencies in workflows and finding smart, lean solutions.
- Making
sure our projects flow smoothly, from start to finish – on time, every
time.
- Monitoring
timelines, tasks, and milestones – nothing slips past you.
- Ensuring
our operations stick to cost-effective, standardized procedures.
- Keeping
all project documentation neat, updated, and accessible.
- Being
the “go-between” across teams to ensure everyone’s aligned and informed.
- Understanding
our products’ technical details so you can coordinate smarter.
- Regularly
reporting project progress to the Head of Department – no surprises.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
You don’t have to have 10 years of experience – just the
right mindset and foundation. We value drive and curiosity.
Here’s what helps:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Industrial Engineering or something similar.
- 0 to 3
years of experience in process coordination, manufacturing ops,
or production support.
- Comfortable
analyzing workflows and solving real-world problems.
- Excellent
at spotting the little things others miss (aka detail-oriented!).
- A
clear communicator – across email, calls, and in-person.
- Organized,
with the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing track.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office and any project management tools (bonus if
you’ve used Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Experience
in furniture manufacturing or interior design? That’s a big
plus!

- Processing

- Verifying
and recording all AP transactions
- Matching

- Ensuring
timely payments of invoices and payroll
- Digging
into accounts to prevent overpayments or errors
- Supporting
audits, budgets, and financial forecasts

reports on account payables – clear, neat, and on time
🎓 What we’re looking for:
- 2+
years in a similar accounting role
- Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Bonus:
Accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.)
- Comfortable
with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong
communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Someone
who can work well alone and as part of a team
- Must
hold a valid Article 18 transferable visa in Kuwait

🎓 What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/CMA is a

- At
least 5 years of accounting experience, including:
- Strong
exposure in the banking/financial sector
- Hands-on
experience in fashion, garments, or apparel
- Expertise
in cost accounting, cost control, and stock management.
- Confident
managing high-volume inventory with accuracy.
- Proficiency
in ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced
Excel skills.
- Sharp
analytical and communication skills — with experience advising senior
leadership.
- Must
be currently based in Kuwait (mandatory).
- Nationality:
Indian or Pakistani (preferred).
