Urgently required from inside Kuwait HR Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities: 

– Following up Zak manpower in outsource projects. 

– Following up recruitment & Hiring process under Zak Projects &  Formulating Job Descriptions. 

– Creating updating his own CV’s data bank for each contract / project. 

– Conduct periodic meetings with team. – Secure company assets such as handing over process; laptop, tools; emails disable & enable. 

– Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed. 

– Prepare payroll in HRMS and link with payroll officer after checking timesheets, timecards, deductions, and any other action. to be taken as advised by the Head of Departments. 

– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 

– Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning. 

– Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. 

– Analyzing Salaries & leave and indemnity provisions comparing with CWS (monthly reporting). 

-Following up training development related Manpower projects with teamwork. 

– Responsible for loyalty program for all Zak Outsourcing developing and delivering people management strategies which support Zak’s overall strategic aims and objectives. 

– Retain Zak Image & reputation by provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management. 

– Apply Customer satisfaction (Customer and Employees). 


– Performs any other duties or tasks related HR may assigned.

– at least 3 years’ experience as a HR talent acquisition and  interviewing experience. 

– Excellent in English (reading, speaking, and writing). 

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 


– Can join Immediately. – Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
