We are urgently looking for a Client Coordinator cum
Office Admin to handle administrative and client coordination tasks in a
fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should be well-organized,
proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
đ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
all general office administration duties, including banking and
documentation.
- Coordinate
with international vendors and suppliers to collect quotations.
- Handle
procurement activities — including searching online, negotiating pricing,
and following up with suppliers.
- Prepare
commercial documents such as invoices, quotations, and receipts.
- Manage
incoming calls, office emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Maintain
records and reports using MS Word, Excel, and email platforms.
- Assist
in daily coordination with clients and internal teams.
đ¯ Requirements:
- Proficient
in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good
command of English (spoken and written).
- A technical
background will be considered an advantage.
- Ability
to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate
joiners are highly preferred.
