Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively address challenges during project implementation.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
