Job Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Salmiya, Kuwait
Work Timings:
-
Male: 12 noon to 9 pm
-
Female: 11 am to 8 pm
Week Off: Sunday and Monday (Office Closed)
Role Summary
As a Business Development Executive at BYJU'S, you will be the front-line ambassador connecting with students and parents. Your key responsibilities will include introducing the BYJU'S learning app, explaining its benefits, and consulting prospects to foster engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and the enthusiasm to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers and engage with parents and students to promote BYJU'S learning programs

Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline through effective campaign and database management

Follow up diligently with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong aptitude for sales with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

Age between 20 to 31 years

Immediate joiners preferred
