Position 1: Aluminium Technical Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Manage aluminium technical quantity surveying, including precise material estimation and cost control

Create detailed fabrication cutting lists for projects ensuring optimized material use

Proficient use of AutoCAD and SketchUp for technical drawings and designs
-
Understand and utilize OPTIMISATION strategies and software, including OrgaData
-
Expertise in aluminium, glass, and accessories procurement with a market-price-conscious approach
-
Strong administrative ability coupled with technical knowledge of fabrication methods

Familiarity with curtain wall and skylight technical standards for proper installation and fabrication
-
Supervise juniors, providing on-the-job training and guidance on fabrication best practices
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) to maintain project documentation

Strong attention to detail ensuring quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks
Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aluminium systems and quantity surveying

Serious, committed, and knowledgeable candidates with a sound understanding of local and international aluminium profiles

Ability to coordinate between design and fabrication teams effectively
Position 2: Aluminium Supervisor
