A leading Multinational Company (MNC) in Kuwait is urgently hiring an experienced Construction Manager – Mechanical to join their prestigious Oil & Gas (KNPC/KOC) projects.

This role is ideal for senior-level professionals with a strong background in managing large-scale mechanical construction works in Oil & Gas infrastructure. Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience specifically in KNPC or KOC projects.

🧰 Job Description:

As a Construction Manager – Mechanical, you will lead the mechanical execution team on major oil and gas construction projects. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of all mechanical systems installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all mechanical construction activities
Ensure adherence to KNPC/KOC project specifications, codes, and safety standards
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors
Monitor project timelines, manpower deployment, and progress reports
Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve technical issues
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and ensure HSE compliance on site
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently
Lead daily coordination and progress meetings with site teams

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction
Must have worked on KNPC / KOC projects
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and managing site documentation
Excellent knowledge of QA/QC and HSE procedures
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Currently located in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa
