We are urgently looking for a Client Coordinator cum Office Admin to handle administrative and client coordination tasks in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all general office administration duties, including banking and documentation.
• Coordinate with international vendors and suppliers to collect quotations.
• Handle procurement activities — including searching online, negotiating pricing, and following up with suppliers.
• Prepare commercial documents such as invoices, quotations, and receipts.
• Manage incoming calls, office emails, and general inquiries professionally.
• Maintain records and reports using MS Word, Excel, and email platforms.
• Assist in daily coordination with clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• A technical background will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
