🛠️ Job Description:

As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will oversee all scaffolding activities at the job site, ensuring safety, compliance with international standards, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
• Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with safety standards (OSHA, BS, etc.)
• Inspect and certify scaffolds before use
• Coordinate with site engineers, HSE officers, and other trades
• Maintain scaffold tagging system and documentation
• Provide training and guidance to scaffolders
• Report daily progress and site issues to management

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction or Oil & Gas projects
• Familiar with KNPC / KOC safety standards and project execution procedures
• Must be well-versed in scaffold designs, types (cuplock, tube & fitting, etc.), and load calculations
• Scaffolding Certification from recognized body (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa (Article 18)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
