𧰠Job Description:
The Static Equipment Supervisor will be responsible
for overseeing the installation, alignment, inspection, and maintenance of all
static mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage
tanks, separators, and related components. You will ensure that all work complies
with KNPC/KOC specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
and coordinate activities related to static mechanical equipment at the
job site
- Oversee
the installation, alignment, inspection, and commissioning of static
equipment
- Ensure
work is carried out according to drawings, standards, and technical
specifications
- Inspect
welds, flanges, gaskets, and other static components during erection and
testing
- Monitor
subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Coordinate
with QA/QC and engineering teams for inspections and documentation
- Prepare
daily progress reports and resolve any technical issues at site
- Support
hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities for static systems
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma
or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–10
years of proven experience in supervising static equipment
installation and maintenance
- Strong
background working on KNPC / KOC projects is essential
- Sound
knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
- Hands-on
experience with pressure vessels, tanks, exchangers, and process piping
- Ability
to interpret technical drawings and manage teams effectively
- Must
be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18)
- Immediate
availability is preferred
