Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Contracts to
oversee all site-based contract activities within our projects division. The
successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while
maximizing client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing
contract execution and compliance across all project sites.
- Preparing,
reviewing, and administering subcontracts, task orders, amendments, and
related documents.
- Coordinating
with internal departments and clients to resolve contractual issues
promptly.
- Monitoring
project progress and managing risks associated with contract deliverables.
- Leading
contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal
requirements.
- Providing
leadership and guidance to contract teams to meet deadlines and quality
benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum
15 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in
civil or mechanical projects.
- Strong
knowledge of contract laws, project management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- PMP
certification is highly desirable.
- Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
