We’re Hiring: Technical Development Engineer – HVAC &
Industrial Heat Transfer
Hey there!
If you’ve got a mechanical engineering background and a passion for innovative
HVAC and heat transfer solutions, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for
someone to take a leading role in driving solution consulting for cooling,
energy efficiency, and air quality improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Solution Development & Delivery
Work closely with sales, procurement engineers, and project managers to craft
tailored, innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Whether it’s boosting
cooling efficiency or designing retrofit solutions — you’ll be the go-to
problem solver.
2. Customer Education & Relationship Building
Help customers understand our capabilities, building strong, long-term
relationships with them and other solution providers worldwide.
3. Market Analysis & Innovation
Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and customer challenges. Use
this insight to improve solutions and explore new opportunities.
4. Sales Team Support & Training
Train and support sales teams, ensuring they clearly communicate the value of
our solutions. You’ll be the technical expert they rely on.
5. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
Track solution projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs
smoothly and meets quality standards.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
Keep detailed records of technical documents, case studies, and project
insights — helping the whole team learn and grow.
7. Vision Alignment
Support the company’s shift from product sales to project-based solutions,
helping us transform and grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum
6 years relevant experience
- Able
to read and write in English or Arabic
- Valid
driver’s license
- Strong
communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Implement
and monitor HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response, and
site-specific safety instructions
- Conduct
regular HSE inspections as per monthly schedule
- Apply
practical knowledge of Safe Systems of Work (PTW, WMS, Risk Assessments)
- Organize
and lead site mock drills according to plan
- Lead
hygiene and camp inspections alongside company HSE reps
- Manage
subcontractor HSE teams on-site
- Deliver
internal HSE training and awareness sessions
- Conduct
ADNOC-compliant offshore HSE orientation and inductions
- Handle
incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s
degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- NEBOSH
International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatory
- Proven
offshore experience in HSE roles – a must!
