📄 Job Summary

Alghanim Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic Section Head to lead a high-performing showroom team in Kuwait. This role is responsible for overseeing all section-level operations, driving sales, mentoring team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and aligning performance with business goals.

The Section Head plays a vital leadership role in achieving section sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

🛍️ Sales & Business Growth

• Lead and motivate section sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets (cash, credit, warranties, accessories)
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and enhance performance
• Implement promotional strategies to maximize sales
• Support sales associates with complex sales transactions
• Monitor individual and team achievements regularly

🤝 Customer Service

• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across the section
• Personally resolve high-level customer inquiries and complaints
• Review customer satisfaction index (CSI) results and implement improvement plans
• Maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement

🏬 Section Operations

• Schedule and manage employee shifts, leaves, and attendance
• Monitor product display, pricing accuracy, and planogram compliance
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Implement loss prevention measures and ensure product security
• Submit monthly perpetual inventory reports to Store Manager
• Align section operations with company policies and objectives
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and implement development plans

👥 Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Coach, train, and mentor all section staff
• Conduct training on store policies, procedures, and systems
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and training needs
• Foster a positive work environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork
• Lead by example in driving commitment to organizational values

 

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing operations
