Job Description:
So, here’s the deal. We’re on the lookout for a sharp,
hands-on Cyber Security Specialist to join our Bangalore crew. This
isn’t your run-of-the-mill security gig. You’ll be the wizard behind the scenes
— making sure our cloud, mobile, and backend systems are locked down tight, and
threats don’t stand a chance.
What you’ll be diving into:
- Designing
and managing security controls across our Google Cloud (GCP), mobile apps,
and backend services.
- Running
vulnerability scans, pen tests, and keeping our systems patched up.
- Configuring
and overseeing WAF, Cloud Armor, and SIEM tools like Wazuh, Chronicle, and
Splunk — basically, being our early warning system.
- Crafting
and updating Incident Response Plans, Data Retention Policies, and backup
procedures — the stuff that keeps us prepared.
- Handling
Identity & Access Management (IAM) across cloud and apps.
- Auditing
logs, reviewing network rules, and keeping an eagle eye on privileges.
- Leading
PCI DSS certification projects and making sure we stay compliant all the
time.
- Working
closely with DevOps teams to bring security into the DevSecOps pipelines.
- Assessing
risks, creating security reports, and guiding developers to write safer
code.
- Being
the point person for talks with auditors, regulators, and vendors on all
things security.
- Managing
database indexing basics to keep data smooth and secure.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+
years in Information Security — you know your cloud security and
application security inside out.
- Real
experience with GCP Security, Kubernetes security, and DevSecOps.
- Deep
understanding of PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001 — compliance is your middle
name.
- Hands-on
with SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security.
- Encryption,
key management (think HSM, KMS), TLS certs? You’ve got it covered.
- Skilled
with SAST/DAST tools, vulnerability scanners, and code reviews.
- Strong
analytical and documentation skills — plus, you can handle incidents
calmly.
- Confidence
to lead compliance projects and work with auditors without breaking a
sweat.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications
like CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience
as a PCI DSS ISA or QSA
- Google
Cloud Security Engineer Certification — extra brownie points!
