Assistant
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in an
administrative or office support role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
in day-to-day office operations and admin coordination
- Maintain
documentation, filing, and internal records
- Coordinate
meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Support
project and HR teams as required
Preferred Skills: - Proficient
in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong
communication and multitasking abilities
⏱️ 2. Time Keeper (Time &
Attendance Management)
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in
timekeeping or HR support roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Track
employee attendance and working hours
- Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
- Coordinate
with site supervisors and HR for shift updates
- Ensure
timely and accurate data entry for payroll processing
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge
of timekeeping software/systems
- Detail-oriented
with good numerical and record-keeping skills
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates
must be based in Kuwait
- Only
those with transferable Visa 18 will be considered
- Preference
given to candidates from Oil & Gas sector

🔧 Primary Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with CheckPoint and Palo_Alto Firewalls
- Solid understanding of Network Security principles
- Good exposure to Endpoint Protection, EDR, Email Security, and Sandbox solutions
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security devices (Check Point / Palo Alto Firewalls)
- Implement firewall policy changes (Server Access, Port Opening)
- Perform regular backups of security devices (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
L1 Operations:
- Raise support tickets and Change Request Forms (CRFs)
- Implement validated firewall rule changes
- Incident management for NGFW, EDR, and Email Security systems
- Onboard new machines/devices onto the Endpoint Protection platform
- Support operational tasks, solution health checks, and client deployments
- Monitor signature updates and generate daily status reports
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Network Security Monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-focused environment
