Al Shirawi Enterprises (L.L.C.), one of the UAE’s most respected companies, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Document Controller to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining project documentation and supporting engineering and site teams.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and control all project-related documents and records.
• Ensure accurate numbering, stamping, and filing of engineering drawings and documentation.
• Distribute updated documents to internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure document consistency and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for inspections, audits, and final handovers.

🎯 Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in the construction industry.
• ✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
• ✅ In-depth knowledge of construction documentation such as drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• ✅ Proficiency in document control software systems (Aconex, Procore, etc.).
• ✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
